Description

Flow cytometry, also known as liquid chip and multiple fluorescence immunity, is a technology that combines flow cytometry with fluorescence encoding microsphere to make each microsphere a specific reaction unit. Wrapped by sheath flow, each microsphere passes through the laser focus area of the flow chamber one by one. After the fluorescent substance on the microsphere is excited by the laser, the encoded fluorescence signal and the fluorescent signal of the reactant will be recorded separately, Finally, the concentration of the substance to be tested is obtained through software processing.
