December, the Medical Equipment Exhibition (MEDICA), held in Dusseldorf, Germany, was successfully held and illumax made its debut with a 5A-level solution for clinical precision diagnosis. . At the exhibition, illumax displayed two innovative products, Lumilite8 and P8. These two devices, with their compact design and outstanding performance, have become popular choices among customers.

Lumilite8 is an ultra-small fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) device, with a height similar to that of a coke bottle (25cm). It combines the high sensitivity of CLIA with the immediacy of point-of-care testing (POCT), and is used for rapid testing of over 100 immunological parameters, including cardiac markers, inflammation, and bone metabolism. With 8-channel parallel testing, results can be obtained in as fast as 15 minutes, rivaling the capabilities of traditional large-scale chemiluminescence devices, and has received high recognition from European customers.

P8 is an ultra-small fully automated flow cytometry analyzer, with a height similar to that of a red wine bottle (32cm). It is a perfect combination of flow cytometry technology and POCT, with a single reagent strip capable of measuring multiple parameters (currently applied to cytokines, allergens, and autoantibodies). It also has 8-channel parallel testing capabilities, achieving sample-to-result in one hour. Although P8 made its debut in Europe, it has been recognized and recommended to more visionary friends thanks to its exceptional performance.
